How to Stay Grounded with Breathwork

Updated: Apr 24, 2020

There are a lot of serious, scary, important and stressful things happening these days. I hope you’re safe. I hope you’re healthy. I hope you and your loved ones have access to the food, medicine and other resources you need to make it through this crazy time.

When things feel this uncertain and chaotic it can leave you feeling very small and powerless. But you aren't powerless.

I want to do everything in my power to help you through this time. I won't be able to solve all problems but where I can help, I will.

I've been quite that past few months because I wanted to figure out the best way to serve YOU and I'm so glad I did because man oh man do we all need to take a breath, let go of the things we can't control and focus on what matters - love for ourselves, our family, our friends, our community.

As a starter, I'm sharing my Take a Breath Worksheet. Use it as a daily resource to help you let go, feel powerful and focus on what matters. Pair it up with one of my Just Breathe with Eileen Fein mini meditations as a daily practice to ground yourself in the truth that you are powerful. I think these episodes are especially fitting for these times:

Episode 12: How to Let Go of Stress with Breathwork

Episode 24: How to Get More Positive Energy with Breathwork

Episode 20: How to Recharge from Mental Exhaustion

I'm going to be sharing more resources with you over the next few weeks.

In the meantime, I’m inviting you to tell me what YOU need. Got kids at home and need some ideas for keeping things calm? Let me know. Wanna tell me what you're feeling? Tell me. Just wanna say hi? Say hi! I’m here for you.

Now more than ever we need community. You are my community.
