How to Set Boundaries with Breathwork

Today’s Just Breathe with Eileen Fein podcast is about setting boundaries. To set boundaries you first have to know what is important to you so you know what to say yes to and what to say no to, and where to find compromise - in your work life and personal life. So what is important to you? What do you value? What are your life’s intention? Have you taken the time to think about it? Don’t feel bad if you haven’t. Things move so fast these days it’s like life is happening to us versus us living life mindfully.

Intentions are the guiding principles that define your life and connect you to your true self. They give your life a sense of meaning independent of your goals and whether you achieve them. They can include things like: Gratitude, Strength, Joy, Love, Patience, Grace, Compassion, Service, Devotion, Hope, Integrity, Optimism, Respect, Tolerance. What are the ones you choose?

Today you will breathe and create a clear space where those guiding principles will become clear to you. With them you can set boundaries and be mindful and fulfilled in your thoughts and actions. With them you can say yes or no without guilt, and with each decision be mindful to what each moment is giving you.
