My Just Breathe Mini Breathwork meditation podcasts are about 10 to 15 minutes long, because i know time is a rare commodity and giving yourself time is the greatest gift and the hardest thing to do. But I also knows that sometimes that life doesn’t give you time. Sometimes you are right in the middle of a situation and you need to decide right then how you are going to act. That decision is going to keep you on or throw you off your life's journey.
