How to Drop into Your Vacation on Day One! Just Breathe


Don't you find it often takes a day or two before you can relax and enjoy your vacation? By the time you are in the groove, it's time to pack up and go!

I was blessed this past weekend to travel to San Francisco and Napa Valley with Olivia and Lewis for a fun family vacation. AND I was doubly blessed to be present for all the little moments along the way because of Breathwork. Here are a few pics of those moments!

I have found Breathwork to be an amazing method for switching my mind from overdrive to vacation mode with just a few minutes of deep breathing each day. Give it a try and see how it can help you be present and joyful from the moment you arrive on your next vacation or stay-cation!
