Our minds are naturally wired to see and remember the negative. It takes real effort to recognize joy, peace and love, even when it's right in front of you. But it's so important to do so because if we want change in our lives we have to first change the way we see things.
In our Breathwork we use our breath to switch the voice in our head off and open our hearts. In this open state of relaxation and peace we reconnect with moments of joy, peace and love we have experienced in our lives.
The big moments are easy to remember but the every day small moments are just as meaningful. If we are to remember the small moments, however, we need to put our focus on them because the brain requires focus and energy to build memories. A good way to channel focus and energy is through Breathwork.
