This is sooo important.  If you don't have a reason why you need to take this seriously - a reason that isn't just lip service - you aren't going to do this for more than two days. To find your reason, you gotta go deep - no doggy paddling here!  What's at stake if you continue going like you're going?

CUT THROUGH THE CHAOS

Let's be honest, even though we say we hate it, we kinda get addicted to the chaos we cause in our lives.  All that noise and drama gives us an excuse, right?  You don't need to deal with the truth when you're too busy putting out fires. Take a hard look at how you are spending your time and figure out what needs to go. 

TRY IT ON FOR SIZE

Pick a time at the beginning and end of each day and make meditation a way to start the day with intention and end the day with gratitude. Just 5 minutes to start.  Sit down, close your eyes and breathe.  When you find your mind wandering come back to your breath and repeat the mantra for your meditation style - “Aham Aman” I am peace.
