Your Meditation Personality is:

Out with the old and in with the new!

The best meditation style for your personality is Nadi Shodhana.

Nadi shodhana is breathing through one nostril at a time while closing the other nostril manually, to alternate breathing and airflow. Studies have shown this meditation has a balancing effect on the right and left hemispheres of the brain.

“When you let go of who you are, you become who you might be.” - Rumi

The possibilities for joy each moment are endless, as are the roadblocks!  How do you make the right choice?

It's time to put the past in the past and the future in the future so you can jump into the possibility of today.

I feel your pain. it might seem like you're missing the party or the point sometimes

but the party and the point actually live inside you.  You just need to clear the roadblocks to be present and connect to the possibility of you!

Thankfully, you can do just that through the power of your breath. Pair that power up with the clarity of knowing why you want to do it and the right tools to actually do it and there is no limit to what you can become.  Let me show you how...

Before we go any further, let me introduce myself...

Hi! I'm

I'm a Breathwork meditation coach who use to be stressed out in her sleep before turning it around with the right meditation style for me. I've been featured in First for Women magazine and am a Breathwork meditation expert on Marriage.com

I help people who are struggling with stress find the happiest version of themselves.  It's simpler than you think, let me show you how.

Let's find the meditation style that fits your personality and build a practice that fits your life.  Together we will find the happiest version of you!

Clear the Roadblocks!

This is sooo important.  If you don't have a reason why you need to take this seriously - a reason that isn't just lip service - you aren't going to do this for more than two days. To find your reason, you gotta go deep - no doggy paddling here!  What's at stake if you continue going like you're going?

Let's be honest, even though we say we hate it, we kinda get addicted to the chaos we cause in our lives.  All that noise and drama gives us an excuse, right?  You don't need to deal with the truth when you're too busy putting out fires. Take a hard look at how you are spending your time and figure out what needs to go.

Pick a time at the beginning and end of each day and make meditation a way to start the day with intention and end the day with gratitude.  Just 5 minutes to start.  Sit down, close your eyes and breathe.  When you find your mind wandering come back to your breath and repeat the mantra for your meditation style - “Aha Anada” I am joy.

I’ve got more awesome tips coming your way
in the next few days so be sure to check your inbox.
